We are a subsidiary of a Singapore based MNC OM Associates Pte.Ltd., that is globally renowned in the field of DRAM, Flash, CMOS, Memory Modules. Our Parent is Direct with Micron, USA, the world leader in DRAM, Flash, CMOS, Memory Modules.

Our parent was outsourcing testing and manufacturing activities to various Testing Houses and Contract Manufacturing facilities in the Far East. In 2006, it decided to take on these activities in it's own captive facility in India with an aim to get Replicable Quality as well as take on R&D activities. Consequently, a sate-of-art and probably the only one of it's kind centre in India was set up in Noida Special Economic Zone (Near New Delhi), that has been operational since May 2007.

The objectives of this unit are:

	Produce Products of exception Quality using the best testing software/hardware
	The Quality of the End product should always be the same, irrespective of source of Raw material.
	Evaluate the current testing and manufacturing processes that are available globally and improve there upon.
	To come up improved software/hardware that can improve Quality and yield
	Reduce process cost
